Our mission is to help you and your business thrive
We believe that strategy is the heartbeat of successful teams and organizations. So we ask hard questions that force you to develop and deliver the unique strategy you will use to bring your people together.
We will ask you to look inside your organization to learn how to engage your teams and make sure each person is bringing strategic followership to their role.
We work with you so you can improve how you work with your people.
We give it to get it. Trust is a two way street – we can’t work together if we don’t hold trust as a core value.
Success isn’t easy. It takes grit, perseverance, and drive. We expect it from ourselves and from our clients.
We can’t work together if we aren’t talking about, and sharing, what is going on as often and as openly as possible
Realizing that there was a need for a different way to think about strategy wasn't just David's idea. Organizations and businesses need to get their hands dirty and really understand the way strategic thinking and teamwork are at the root of success. Hilah brings a natural perspective to teamwork, and that is where this all started. Hilah not only runs the show, she is the support that the team needs when times get rough. Her natural touch helps our team and can help yours get their hands dirty and learn how to work together as we dig deeply into the strategies that lead to success. You'll most likely find Hilah in in her natural environment with her children - outside in the garden. In addition to running the show, she facilitates gardening and nature workshops that improve teamwork, help communication, and force people to step outside into the sunlight and get their hands dirty.
David helps people make strategy actually work—not just sound smart in meetings. With over 15 years advising everyone from solopreneurs to C-Suite execs, he connects leadership, followership, and scaling with clarity and intention. David has a knack for turning vision into action without turning people into robots. David blends structure with meaning to help teams grow without losing their soul (or their sanity). David doesn’t just talk strategy. He lives it, teaches it, facilitates it, and aims high with every engagement. He believes that strategy should bring ancient wisdom into modern-day business, blending timeless values with practical tools. As co-founder of Rhydl (“riddle”) David believes strategy should make sense, not headaches, Whether he’s on stage, in a boardroom, or sketching systems over coffee, David brings structure, insight, and just enough edge to keep things interesting. Also, he’s a competitive shooter—so when he talks about hitting targets, he really means it.
Benjamin doesn’t just optimize - he thrives on making businesses run smoother, faster, and more profitably. With a background that spans logistics, product development, and large-scale event coordination, he’s the kind of operator who sees bottlenecks as puzzles and systems as playgrounds. From startup chaos to enterprise scale, Benjamin has led manufacturing partnerships, tamed complex supply chains, and woven tech into workflows like a strategist with a barcode scanner. He’s managed multimillion-dollar budgets, automated what others thought un-automatable, and built infrastructure that actually grows with the business. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it. If it’s slow, he’ll speed it up. And if it’s already good? He’ll probably still make it better.
